Shipping

Ship USPS unless requested otherwise. Ground Advantage transit is 3-5 Business Days, Priority Mail transit is 1-3 Business Days. You will be notified by email when your item ships, the notification will include a tracking number. Please note that Ground Advantage shipping DOES NOT include insurance. Priority shipping includes insurance up to $99.

We do not guarantee any arrival dates, only our scheduled ship by dates!

Threads n Ink is not responsible for lost packages or packages that have not been delivered. Once the item is shipped and leaves the office, it is out of our hands. The customer will need to contact USPS to file a claim and receive a refund. Please note that if carrier tracking states delivery, that is also our shop’s confirmation of delivery. If tracking states delivered but the package has not been received, the customer must contact USPS for further information.

Please note that if a shipping other than USPS is requested, any additional charges, including package insurance, are the responsibility of the customer.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If an item is returned back to us by USPS for insufficient address, or incorrect address the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping to re-ship the item.
